6-Day Itinerary
DAY 01: Arrival At Srinagar & Local Sight Seeing
On arrival at Srinagar, pick up & drive to hotel. After freshen up we will start our Srinagar City Tour. Today we will visit famous Mughal Gardens, e.g, Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, Cheshma Shahi. We will also visit the divine Hazratbal Mosque, experience a magnificent view of the city from Shankaracharya Temple, Badamwari (Garden of Almond Trees) and spend your time with shopping in local market areas in Srinagar city etc. Later in the evening, if time permits, have a lovely drive at Boulevard Road - The Marine Drive of Kashmir. Today's Dinner & overnight stay in hotel at Srinagar.
DAY 02: Srinagar Sonmarg - Srinagar
After breakfast, leave from the hotel & continue drive to Sonmarg (2690 Meters) (Meadow of Gold) (approx. 82 kms, 2 ½ hours' drive one way). One can ride on horse to visit Thajiwas Glacier, where snow remains round the year, and Sonmarg is known as Gateway of Ladakh. You can also visit Zero Point via Zojila Pass (in Summers only, April to October) (Union Vehicle at Sonmarg is not included as visit to Zojila is dependent on weather conditions). Visit Shree Kheer Bhawani Durga Temple. Return back to Srinagar. Dinner & overnight stay in hotel at Srinagar.
DAY 03: Srinagar – Gulmarg - Srinagar
After Breakfast, proceed to Gulmarg (approx. 55 km, 2 hours' drive one way). (Note: If there will be snowfall, then our cab will drop you at Tangmarg, and from there you have to take the union vehicle (Jeep 4x4 / Tavera) on your own cost.) You can start your day from the Gondola ride by cable car (cost not included in the package and it's weather-dependent): 1st Phase from Gulmarg to Khilanmarg (10500 ft. above the sea level) and 2nd Phase from Khilanmarg to Affarwat (14500 ft. above the sea level). You can also enjoy sports games like skiing, cross country, snowboarding, ice skating, snow bikes, ATV cars, pony rides, etc. (on direct payment basis) and visit local sightseeing like Rani Temple, Golf Course, Children Park, and Fish Point. Back to the hotel in Srinagar for dinner & overnight stay.
DAY 04: Srinagar - Pahalgam
After breakfast, check out of the hotel and proceed to Pahalgam (2440 Meters) (Vale of Kashmir) (approx. 155 kms, 2 to 3 hours' drive one way). On the way, visit lavishing saffron fields and apple orchards. Finally, you will reach Pahalgam, which is the most famous place for the Indian Film Industry. After check-in, you can leave for Chandanwari (3288mts), Betaab Valley, and Aru Valley (Union vehicle not included in your package). Dinner & overnight stay at hotel in Pahalgam.
DAY 05: Pahalgam - Srinagar (Houseboat)
After having breakfast, checkout from the hotel and enjoy the calm silence of nature in the outskirts of Pahalgam. You can stroll along the horse trail to the nearby valley Baisaran, Chandanwari, and Aru Valley (at your own cost) and enjoy the wonderful perspective of the mountains. Afternoon, we will proceed towards Srinagar for dinner and overnight stay at a houseboat.
DAY 06: Departure
Today after breakfast, with the sweet memories of Kashmir, we will transfer you to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey to your respective destinations.
