Terms and Conditions
- Rooms will be subject to availability after final confirmation.
- Standard Hotel Check-in time is 1400 hrs and 1500 hrs in some hotels. Early Check-in is subject to availability.
- From 14th February 2024 onwards, it is mandatory to pay IDR 150,000 per person or equivalent USD 11 by Guest as Bali Government Tax. More Info
- December till March are rainy seasons. Activities like Water Sports, Swings, River Rafting, and Candlelight Dinner Beach Setup are subject to weather conditions.
- 100% payment is required at the time of the cut-off date; otherwise, the booking may get released.
- If the luggage is delayed, an additional USD 10 is charged for 1.5 hours of waiting. If the Guest wishes to check into the hotel and then return for luggage, an extra USD 20 will be charged.
- Drivers in Bali can speak manageable English with basic information for tours. If a tour with detailed information is needed, a licensed guide can be arranged at an additional cost of USD 30 per day.
- In case of activity booking, the requirement of any specific supplier must be shared in advance before final confirmation, or we will use our preferred ones.
- In the case of a vehicle for disposal, the vehicle will stay as per the agreed number of hours. A full-day trip vehicle is for 10 hrs, and a half-day trip is for 5 hrs.
- All tours will be conducted as per the itinerary; any extra runs will be charged extra.
- In any full-day or half-day tour, you will be taken back to the hotel after finishing the tour.
- If dinner is not booked, the driver will either drop you at the restaurant or hotel and leave. Waiting will be charged extra on direct payment.
- Any increase or decrease in the number of pax mentioned in the quote will attract a change in the quote offered.
- Any services booked and confirmed cannot be amended during the tour.
- Any unutilized service is non-refundable.
